The highly flexible and halogen-free SmartFlex Cat. 6a good connections® patch cords with effective snap-in protection (RNS®) are up to 10 gigabitable and therefore suitable for all network connections. Easily connect your PC, TV, notebook, gaming console and many other network-enabled devices to the Internet or your network, even in hard-to-reach areas. SmartFlex technology Thanks to SmartFlex technology, these patch cables are highly flexible compared to conventional, rather rigid LSZH and PVC cables. The special composition of the halogen-free TPE cable jacket enables very low bending radius and thus facilitates the installation or routing of the cables in the network. In addition to the increased flexibility, the SmartFLEX series cables are also characterized by their mechanical strength and long durability compared to standard cables, especially in applications where the cable moves (e.g. in industrial applications or moving brackets). High-Quality Cable Construction The conductor of this patch cable is 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC). This high-quality cable structure enables optimum signal transmission and higher cable breakage resistance. The RJ45 connectors are shielded and equipped with 50 µ gold-plated copper contacts for perfect signal transmission. RNS® nose protection The latch guard prevents the tab on the patch cable connector from kinking away. So broken down nose hooks are a thing of the past! S/FTP shielding The S/FTP shielding (PiMF) of the cable and the shielded RJ45 connectors ensure a consistently high and loss-free signal transmission. LSZH jacket for more safety Compared to PVC cables, the Low smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable jacket causes very low toxic smoke gases and low smoke generation in case of fire. This makes the cables ideal for indoor installation - they are mandatory in public areas. Compatibility The Cat. 6a SmartFlex patch cords are backwards compatible with Cat. 6 and Cat.5e.
