For this, the authors start from the complex concept of biopolitics developed by Michel Foucault, Giorgio Agamben, Roberto Esposito and Michael Hardt Antonio Negri and, taking into account their multiple articulations and contradictions, they propose not their substitution, but deepen it with the sights set on the political, legal, economic and cultural conditions that today characterize our societies, which can no longer be read simply as disciplinary, control, consumption or entertainment societies. In fact, neoliberal capitalism ended up merging those variants into an undifferentiated and mutant amalgam that denies any narrative or experience that does not submit to its quantitative, nootropic and self-controlling opinions. These translate into a bioartzquía in which the medical-pharmaceutical power is combined with technologies and devices of (de) subjectivation aimed at creating a "productive" and enterprising, stupid and concentration-focused world. It is in this sense that only a bio-powerful thought can deactivate the bio-, tannate- and necropolitical mechanisms used by capital to reproduce itself. Betting on categories of thought that do not submit to the traditional dyads of the philosophical-political lexicon, this book presents the radical, common, inoperative, impersonal and fluid dimension of a singular life that emerges from itself as insurmountable resistance, that is, as bioemergence. To do this, a series of critical dimensions (philosophical, literary, scientific, etc.) are managed, while dialogues are established with strongly indisciplinary or independent thinkers - who come to join the aforementioned classics - such as Gilles Deleuze, Simone Weil , Emanuele Coccia, Judith Butler and Nikolas Rose, among many others. The interrelationship between communication and education is convenient and necessary, and we understand it as a true exercise of responsibility and social commitment. And especially when we see that many communication theorists support the abstract concept of the American mathematician, founder of cybernetics, Norbert Wiener: "All communication is a transfer of information," which leads us to the requirement to keep in mind the idea that a theory of social communication should reflect on the supposed aseptic appearance of this transmission of information from sender to receiver. To communicate is to transmit knowledge and information; therefore, in a way it is to educate. We also use communication in education, so we can read in this book the story of educational experiences as diverse as the use of cinema in classrooms, audiovisual narratives to preserve the memory of a neighborhood or musical projects to search the well-being of the participants. It presents a directory of tools used by partners describing 73 tools across 9 different categories related to innovation and entrepreneurship. From these, we identify and describe more extensively 13 good practice cases and a suggested means for best mode of exploitation. Also included are summary maps describing the main insight, strategy and stakeholder interaction map for each of the project partners. Finally, based on this empirical basis and the opinions of external experts, we discuss the possible opportunities and challenges for the partners for learning and exchange within their network. \n 0
